ecoPFN Platform

The ecoPFN Platform is an open source application (except licensed libraries) developed in PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, with MySQL support.

This tool is a new product developed from the PHPfileNavigator documentation manager which includes, among many additional features, signatures, encryption and validation of digital documents.

This new product is much more than just a simple adaptation. All functions have been optimised and expanded and new user action controls and monitors added.

You can install the ecoPFN platform on your server, regardless of the operating system you use (requires support for certain software) to serve all your clients and employees, or you can also install the platform on an individual basis to meet the needs of signature, encryption and validation on operating systems that do not yet have the relevant tools required.

Our software is developed applying the strictest rules of security.

Its greater effectiveness in this area can be seen working in SSL environments, where its performance and functionality is optimal. You can easily configure it to suit it´s own environment and can configure your users with a wide range of security options, such as limiting certain users to only downloading and uploading documents and others that can also copy , move, delete, create directories, etc ...

With digital signatures, users can sign PDF and XML documents in a transparent manner, as well as any file type that uses advanced formats such as ETSI TS 101 733 (CAdES) and TS 101 903 (XAdES) using your own certificates, or business certificates, cryptographic cards, temporary certificates, client signing, etc ...

You can also encrypt and decrypt documents with an electronic certificate or password, as well as verify in detail the data of the signatures applied to a document.

In it´s comprehensive administration area you can manage the entire platform, as well as view the operation reports where you will be informed of user access to it, with details such as date and time, user or IP, as well as failed access attempts.

Another important detail is the activity reports where all the operations performed on the system (sign, encrypt, copy, move, delete, ...) are carefully monitored so that you have absolute control of everything that happens or has happened.

With this tool, you can dramatically improve client relations, giving them the opportunity to instant, secure and consistent access to all the documents or electronic invoices you want to share with them.
