1. Access with certificates
Users can access the ecoPFN Platform in the way the administrator desires.
The default is to allow access with username and password, but can also be configured to allow access through company certificates, DNIe, FMNT certificates, etc ... All this is totally configurable for each user.
You can allow users to enter either way or use both methods.

2. Ordered information
You can order the information in a perfectly clear and orderly fashion.
At a simple glance you will find the documents you need and the time required to train your clients to use the ecoPFN Platform will be minimal.
It also has a search engine that allows you to locate any document no matter how hidden.

3. Management of the profile
The users can manage and edit their profile, with the editing of their name, email address and password.
They can also manage their certificates fully, adding or deleting to suit their needs. The ecoPFN Platform does not store the passwords for user certificates, and as its an open source application, this is something you can verify for yourself.

4. Security operations
With the ecoPFN Platform you can easily and quickly perform operations such as digitally sign, encrypt, decrypt or verify documents.
There is no need to install any tools on your computer. An internet connection and a web browser is all that is required to perform all these operations.

5. Validation of documents
One of the more interesting operations you can do, and as a complement to the digital signature, is the validation of digitally signed documents.
You can check the validity of the digital signature, the revocation of the certificate with which it was signed, whether you have the time stamp of a TSA server and much more information that will help you identify the level of security and integrity of your documents.

6. Administration area
From the administration area you can control everything that happens in the ecoPFN platform in a simple and efficient way.
From a central control panel, you can create different access areas, users, groups and settings, all linked together to provide hundreds of different configuration options.
It also has a comprehensive reports and records manager, where you can view all operations performed by users, as well as detailled information of their access to the platform.
